My name is Nick Boumans, 25 years old and live in the South of the Netherlands. Since I was a child I spend as much as possible time behind my computer desk. In september of 2003 I started with my study Software Engineering and passed my Bachelor exam with distiction in the middle of 2007.

In june of 2007 I started as Consultant at LogicaCMG (now Logica). In Q3 of 2007 I decided to spend all my time on SharePoint development. After a few months I became a Microsoft Certified Professional Web Developer and got all kind of Microsoft's MOSS2007 and WSS3.0 certification.

In Q2 of 2008 I decided to start working for another company: Giraffe IT. The first month of working for this company I became a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Application developer on the .NET 2.0 Framework.

In Q1 of 2009 I worked on my instructional skills which resulted in may 2009 of being a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). 

At the moment I'm working as professional SharePoint (lead) developer for big companies in the Netherlands. The goal I want to achieve in my daily work is building the best business solutions by filling the gap between technics and businesses. Beside the work as lead developer I'm working as project lead and spending time as MOSS Trainer.
